I think a newer update is available for a product in the store. What can I do?

We endeavour to keep all products up-to-date the best we can, though developers may occasionally update a product and not notify resellers such as the Threshold Store, either immediately or at all.

  • If a product has been updated within the past few hours, give us a little while as we may not have time right now, or are currently in the process of updating that product
  • If an update to a product has not been shipped within 24 hours of its publication, please notify us through the chat bubble on the right on any store page
